Eastbourne Bandstand is unique in the United Kingdom and is home to around 140 – 150 concerts per year.
With a full programme of concerts, shows and events all year round Eastbourne Bandstand is popular with all ages.
From April until October the Bandstand presents the best tribute acts in the UK, with 69 tribute shows scheduled to perform in 2021 covering every genre!
The 1812 Proms & Fireworks Concerts take place every Wednesday evening from the beginning of May until the end of September. A truly iconic tradition consisting of a culmination of concert music ending triumphantly with traditional proms favourites and Tchaikovsky’s 1812 overture accompanied by a spectacular Firework display.
The Traditional Afternoon Concerts run from the beginning of May until the end of September with performances of traditional music from local brass, concert and silver bands.
Big Band & Swing Sound evenings are performed by some of the best local Big Bands and Military Bands. The unique Big Band Sound comes to life with numerous hits from the memorable era.
The Zoots will be performing on a regular basis taking you through the decades with their various shows.
There will be Kids Party Nights every Tuesday evening during the School Summer Holidays.
And every Monday evening in August there will be an Open Stage Night for local talent to perform on the Bandstand. This is a free event & a great opportunity to support local performers.
