Tide of Light Parade 2019 along Worthing seafront, on Saturday 2nd November 2019 with events from 3.00 pm & parade around 6.00 pm.
We are a walking, twinkling, line of lanterns, winding our way along our much-beloved seafront. Come and join the parade in groups, as families or as individuals.
Every year we work in schools to make lanterns ahead of the parade. On the night we also host making workshops in the Pavilion Theatre so that children and adults can come and make their handheld lanterns.
The Parade will be led by a crazy bonkers lead party with some very special giant lanterns and everyone is invited to take part in the parade. We’ll let you know parade timings a bit nearer the time but it’s usually around about 6.00 – 6.30 pm.
Everybody is welcome to join the parade, either as a spectator (best place to watch is on the prom) or as a walker. Why not join in the fun and make a lantern at home or in one of our workshops!
