During the winter many waders spend the winter on the south coast mudflats and wetlands finding enough food to survive before heading back up north to breed. Rye Harbour can hold good numbers of waders at this time of year and also a wide variety of species, most of them in winter plumage looking quite similar!
This course is ideal for beginners to birdwatching. No previous knowledge or skills required.
Meet at Rye Harbour Discovery Centre, Rye Harbour Road, Rye, East Sussex TN31 7FW
