If the evenings are clear this is a great week for coming and viewing the night sky with minimal light pollution.
Birling Gap is located within the South Downs Dark Skies Reserve and is a convenient location to view the night sky. Easily accessible by road from both Eastbourne and Brighton.
Bring your own telescope or binoculars or even just see what you can spot with the naked eye. If you’re completing all the 50 things to do this is number 27.
This activity is great for all the family (Ideal for +7 years). Dogs on leads are welcome.
