Join UMEUS and Hilary Curtis on a 6-week online course looking at how mindful somatic practices can support us in recognising and meeting our needs, especially in challenging times.

Over course, Hilary invites you to look at how mindful somatic practices can support you in recognising and meeting your needs. The course will be themed around simplicity and slowing down, allowing you to develop inner resources to bring into your daily life.

This weekly therapeutic support group will take place online and include mindful practices helping connect to breath, body and community.
