UMEUS’ resident nutritionist Suki Sabine will be offering a one-off session exploring nourishment and nutritional support for winter immunity as well as exercise, gut and brain health, stress and relaxation and sleep and energy.

Offering two sessions, one at 2:00 pm and one at 6:00 pm on Monday 6th December at UMEUS Foundation Clinic in Hove.

The sessions are pre-booked only and cost £15.00 a ticket, which includes soup and recipes to take away.
