Continuing with the enormously popular concept of interviewing a famous and well-loved composer about his life and music, the celebrated Sussex Symphony Orchestra, under their charismatic founder, Mark Andrew James, are delighted to present an unmissable evening with Tchaikovsky.
The composer will be played by the well-known actor, Jamie Martin and interviewed by BBC television personality, Sally Taylor.
Four of the region’s star talents will be soloists and they will be performing excerpts from many of his most famous works. Music for the evening will include excerpts from Piano Concerto No. 1, All 6 symphonies, Romeo and Juliet, Rococo variations, Violin Concerto and finishing with the mighty 1812 overture, with lasers and indoor fireworks.
